I have known Alan since the 80's, when he used to service extremely sophisticated sound recording equipment for the Hollywood movie industry. He was renowned for his expertise and electronic skills, and considered by the top Hollywood professionals (hint: our names on movie credits have the initials CAS after them) to be the "go to" guy!!! He still is the best "go to" guy!!!

Amazing experience from beginning to end. They fixed the wiring on my Christmas tree last year. Works perfect. Great team. Great store there too. I was able to grab some Christmas presents for my son. Thanks again.

I took my early 70's Sansui SR-626 direct drive turntable in for repair, the staff was highly knowledgeable and got my turntable in and out of the shop with a relatively fast turnaround. I realized a couple months later my stylus was getting worn out after 50+ years and I replaced that on the spot! They'll really go the extra mile for your vintage gear and there's not many mom and pop electronics stores left servicing this quality stuff anymore, so grateful for their help.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS ALL AROUND!!!

Home depot assigned this place for a repair to our fridge under warranty. The guy said he would be here before 10am. No call no show. My husband has called twice and I have texted twice. I am really tired of people operating this way. At least let us know something

Customer service was amazing! I can't say much on the TV I bought yet because I just left the shop but it does work! I am always happy to help a local business and he even gave me a discount for giving him my spare junk TV! Some electronics I see are kind of pricey but the 90 day guarantee and ease of mind that they have been gone through are worth it. Would recommend a look if you're looking for a TV or anything electronics, great people!
