I cannot say nice enough things about A-1 Piano & Organ Movers. The entire process was wonderful from when I initially reached out to get a quote to when they delivered our Steinway to Colorado from Illinois. They were quick to reply and provide a competitive quote and their service was top notice. I am not planning to move anytime soon but if I have to, there will only be one company moving our piano, A-1 Piano & Organ Movers.

I needed a piano moved from pir apartment in Sharonville to a house in Colerain Twp. Iwas absolutely amazed how quickly the 3 movers had our piano our our patio door and carried up a steep hill and loaded on their tuck and were ready to go. Everyone was so friendly. I called the person who would be receiving out patio to let him know the movers were headed his way less than an hour later the giy called me back to say how quickly the movers did their job to perfection. Pricing was very reasonablr and the experience was excellent. I highly recommend them for your next piano or organ moving job.

My wife and I are both professional concert pianists and have used their services many times for big moves across state lines. There is no more professional, courteous, efficient, and helpful than A-1 piano movers. I intend to keep using them for any piano move I have in the future.

A-1 Piano movers are without a doubt the best moving company in business. I have used their services twice to move organs and I will also be calling them again in a month or two. Logan and his team were fantastic! An incredible amount of care was taken in the packing and moving of this instrument. I will also be calling them this summer to move a piano. You will not be disappointed in the service that they provide!!!

It can be anxiety-provoking to ask someone to move a piano. Will the mover damage my prized, expensive piano? Do they know what they are doing? Will they show up? There is a lot of uncertainty, but I found certainty with A-1. A-1 provided outstanding service with the highest degree of care and professionalism. Justin, Brett, and Lance were amazingly efficient and coordinated their efforts to make the entire process seem effortless. How could moving 1100-pound piano be easy? It seemed like it. They called in the morning to give an approximate time in the afternoon. They called in the afternoon and gave a more precise arrival time. They kept their word. I appreciate their timeliness and skill. They are very kind people too.

I almost went with another piano moving company but immediately switched to A-1 after interacting with their office. Everyone is so warm and kind, from the office manager to the crew! I feel they really care about the customer and the instruments.I recently was able to transport my late mother's piano with their help. If you are in a similar position of doing a long-distance move with a beloved family heirloom, I would recommend this company highly. Thank you!!

You have a piano that needs to be moved? This is the company for you. Very reliable and great personalities to boot with the staff. They picked up on one side of town to deliver to another. Communication was wonderful and the price was good.

I’ve used them twice over the years, very professional, very quick/efficient, zero damage to my piano, floors, walls, etc despite it being a tough/tight fit up uneven steps/landings! I’ll never use another piano mover. ?
