I left my car to be washed inside and out by this company. There wasnt really anywhere to wait so I walked about a quarter mile down the road to eat while car was cleaned. Return over one hour later and they said “we can’t clean it we didn’t know it was that dirty”I pulled into lot right in front of them!Are there rules somewhere that say how dirty your car has to be. He quoted me $30 and I was going to give $50 because it was so dirty but Wtaf??? Never gave me a chance. Never heard of a car being too dirty to wash! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!

Got the inside and out car wash. Car wasn’t completely dry. Pointed that out neither were my mats. Both workers over talked me I never got loud or irate they were trying to make it an argument saying “you asking for a whole lot for a little bit “ I pointed out how whatever service I pay for you’re to do it with excellence. They told me I was asking for too much . This is what I get when trying to support black owned business which is why more and more I’m staying away from a lot of black owned businesses they always want to argue never professional ….then I asked if one was the owner one repaired why(multiple times) the other said “she wants to tell on us” which let me know neither of them owns it. My windows and seats are actually more dirty than what they were before the wash.Horrible experience please don’t waste your time or money ….hopefully the pictures help you to see the simple things that should’ve been taken care of with a car washServices: Interior vacuuming

For a $25 hand wash my door jambs we're not dried. My wheels were marginally cleaned at best. I would not recommend this place.Service: Full body wash

The worst detail job I have ever had. It was an absolute rush job. Still found several areas of the car that were still dirty. Wax streaks over the entire vehicle and they didn't even do the top. Carpet still dirty. I would not recommend to anyone, ever. Complete rip off. They obviously don't understand the meaning of the word "detail"..
