Pharmacy seemed frustrated I asked for help in the OTC section. I described my family members symptoms where the pharmacy staff member looked at me like I was mutant. Her response was what part of those symptoms do you want suggestions for?... Um all of them. She then rolled her eyes. The only reason I didn't rate them as a single star is the front in staff was very kind and helpful.

The majority of the staff at the Western Ave location rarely wear their masks properly. In the last five trips I have taken here, the cashier has worn a mask properly once. If it isn't being worn properly, there is no point.What an insult to the healthcare providers in the area, and the pharmacy staff at their breaking point in the back.

Went to the pharmacy to fill a prescription. Both pharmacist and tech were wearing their masks below their nose. Shame on you Walgreens. Your employees should know better.

I have had multiple problems out of this pharmacy after they screwed up a prescription by continuing to repeatedly put it in for the wrong amount and wrong amount of days. Then when I went back didn’t inform me they were changing manufacturers for my meds. I should’ve been given a choice. Instead I get all the way home to find out. Won’t be going back.

Every time I go to this pharmacy there’s an issue. Repeatedly putting in my script for the wrong amount and days worth, changing manufacturers without notice. I can see how why Caresource is no longer doing business with them. This will be my last script filled there.

To whom it may concern, Me and my wife are long time customer of Wallgreens. about two weeks ago my wife was told that they could not fill her prescription because they could not communicate with HealtNet to get the information needed to fill her order, price ?? authorization?? they really could not answer the question. I called Healthnet and they said they were not having an issue that it was Wallgreens. About a week later I went in for my prescription, same thing. Again Healthnet said that its not them. two days ago I was getting ready to call in a prescrition so I called and asked the pharmacist if the problem was corrected and he told me NO!! then He told me I should go elsewhere to get my medicine????? I would like to speak with someone about this issue.

I don't know what is wrong with this pharmacy but every prescription I have filled is always always either out of stock completely or they only have partial available.
