Beware of these people. I had a bad experience here. Without going into a long story, just know that they will not tell you that when trading in a phone the credit can be used toward the new phone. Instead they start throwing accessories at you. The accessories in this store are so grossly overpriced it's ridiculous. My advice is buyer beware, your best interest is not their concern.

They say anything to get your business!! Then it is a nightmare trying to get the billing straight. I'm three months in and my bill is still not what they promised it would be.

My experince with this store was not a good one. I went in because I was havin issues with my phone. He wanted me to updrage and just trade in my phone. I told him I did not want to do that I still owed on it. After checking my account he told me he could save me $20 per month by adding a HUM to my plan. This is a device you plug into you car and it tells you if there are any issues. I said no, its a new car I dont want to plug anything into my car. He said just put it in your glove box and you get the discount. He also could consolidate my personal and business so I just had 1 bill not 2 bills. So while I had to go run errons he had someone from the Circleville Verizon store bring the device to the Chillicothe store . My bill went up $50 per month. The salesman or whatever they call themselves got his commission because he added a line I did not need to my account instead of fixing my issue. That is what these fake stores do. I stopped in there today to get it fixed. I was told it was my word agianst his and I would have to come back when he was in the store. I asked for the salesmans name and the manager. I planned to take my next day off to go and speak to them both. I changed my mind. I called Verizon Customer Service 1-800-837-4966. I spoke with a gentleman named J****. He was great. Explained that I was acually being charged $20 per month for this free device. The salesman added this so he could get commision for adding a line to my account. This is also why he wanted me to upgrade, commision. J***** suspended the charges. I will be returning the device tommorw on my lunch break. Unfortunatly he gets to keep his commision. I caution anyone that uses this store or the Circlville location to monitor your account. They work on commision and dont care about anything else. It will save you time to just call Verizon customer service line because when they are done you will have to call it anyway. This is not the first time I have had issues with either of these stores. I wanted to write this to save someone else the headache. I'm big on checking reviews. Just call Verizon.

Can't get help but lot of run around. If you buy a phone from them good luck on getting replacement or it fixed. 1200$ for a phone that doesn't charge right. ??

We went in for a phone and while everyone was nice, that doesn’t mean it was a good experience. We ended up getting an internet plan too since Spectrum kept messing up. We were told we would have internet from the device given since we were eligible. Our service ran out in just 3 days. I found out that we were given a hotspot and that our area was not eligible for internet. The hotspot is not supposed to replace home internet is what I was told by the Verizon rep on the phone. Nice people, but definitely got scammed. Don’t tell someone they’re receiving home internet when they are not. :)

Best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. I’d been putting off getting a new phone for a while because in the past it’s always been such an headache. Today I had no choice but to get a new one. It was nice the store hours were open so late on a Sunday, making it super convenient. The staff here was AMAZING! Sydney was very friendly and helpful. She made getting a new phone way easier than it’s been in the past. Everything was transferred in no time and she did an excellent job explaining all the details to me and made everything so seamless. The other lady there was very nice and helpful to all the customers she had. Highly recommend this store!

Caleb,Nicole and Isaac are always very kind and very helpful couldn’t ask for better staff. But the story has some system issues but that’s higher ups problem once they get that taken care of then it would be amazing!! Thank you guys for your help I enjoy coming in!

Ordered a phone thru Verizon for same day pickup. 24 hours later I find out they don't actually have it and had supposedly ordered another one(and this took 2 phone calls to figure out). Needless to say I cancelled the order and reordered from a company store in Grove City who had my order ready for pickup in 45 minutes! This location appears to be staffed by some lazy individuals
