Lets talk about customer service.I walked into your store, you have 2 employees working.They did both have customers at there desk.To sit for 45 minutes and not at least be spoken to. A be with you shortly would have been enough. was finally greeted by a woman who just wanted to say "I don't have time I'm already late this guy will be with you shortly. The gentleman did greet me finally.I asked about a gift card that was emailed to me to apply to my bill. He stated that it was a customer service issue and that you could only spend gift cards on accessories and that he could not help me because he was russell wireless not verizon.I was able to go to a different location and got the help and service I needed and deserved. I suppose if your not verizon then you should not have a big sign on your building that says you are. To waste an hour a your location to get mistreated and zero help makes for a Very dissatisfying experience.

Went in for Shield for My Samsung S20FE, No Shield, Car Charger or S22 in Stock to Update. Wanted a New Case But Verizon Doesn't Carry a Lot in Stock for Android Phones. I've Been Suggesting for Years for Verizon to Stock Colorful Cases That a Women Would Want. Dazzle, Gems, Sparkle and "COLORS" Insteak of Black Case or No Products in Store and More I-Phone Then Android. Apparently Verizon is Not "LISTENING" and This Isn't Just in One Location!

Needed New Protection Shield for Samsung Galaxy SFE20. Plus Car Charger & Talked About Upgrading to S22. Have Little Supplies for Android, No Shield, Charger or Upgrade Available in Store. Finally Walked Out & Ask Him to Send Info for Update to Email Address on File. Keep Saying Need More Supplies in Store & Cases with Style & Colors. Women Want Fancy Styles, Bright Colors, Glitter, Gems; Anything Besides Black or Nothing at All. Very Disappointing Going Into Stores When You Have More for Apple Than Android!!

Adraya was very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I felt confident in her skills and knowledge. Peter answered several questions as well and he too was knowledgeable and friendly. Verizon has a very slow internet service in this area. And Verizon loses internet signal a lot in this area.
