“Absolutely amazing service! I tried calling Walmart Auto Center for FOUR HOURS! After not being able to get ahold of them I said screw it. I’m only 19 and I’m not in Chillicothe much so I asked my grandpa if there was anywhere else, he said to try Jacks Tires. I am SO thankful, phone barely rang before someone picked up the phone. Gave me all the information I needed. I came in to get four new tires put on and balanced. Took about 45 minutes I’d say and it felt so quickly! Perfect timing in my opinion! Staff is extremely nice, work is very efficient! Highly recommend this place!”

“They were very nice and helpful we were very grateful for these good people! Their shop closes at 7pm and we got there 7:05 but they still accommodate us. Screw got stuck to the tire and it was making weird noises, my husband was stressing because he takes our kids to school in the morning and after school our son is having his bday party at the skating rink so we will be needing our vehicle.”

“Got a flat tire in West Liberty, Kentucky on our road trip. No nearby tire shops had a tire or could get us in so we had to drive 130 miles on the donut.
Called Jerry’s yesterday right before closing time and they said they have a tire and can install it first thing this morning. The man on the phone was very friendly.
The technician Anthony was friendly and crazy fast. We were in and out in 10 or 15 minutes. And for cheap! Great experience all around. Would highly recommend.”
