“My husband went to TSC where we have always filled our propane tanks in the past to find that their equipment was out of order. Unfortunately it was right before 5pm, and my husband was afriad he was not going to be able to find somewhere to fill our tanks ahead of the incoming wind storm and frigid temps. The nice employee at TSC called Thomas Gas and explained the situation, and Thomas Gas stayed open past closing on a Friday evening to fill our tanks! We can't tell you how much we appreciate this kind gesture and friendly service! They have definitely gained us as customers from now on! Thank you!”

“Best propane service in the area! The high winds we had in our area recently brought down a giant tree, and it landed right on top of my propane tank. Not what one wants to see when they get home after a long hard day. I called FerrellGas, and they immediately dispatched emergency service. Casey T came right out, and he quickly got the tank checked out and red-tagged for safety. Today, I needed additional services, and Allison R went above and beyond to help me resolve my concerns. So, you see, excellent customer service still exists, and these are two fine examples right here!
