I was here a few nights ago. I was bobtail and parked along the curb, completely out of the way by some concrete barriers. There was also a box truck parked behind me. Some cop wanna-be security guard wakes me up at 1am and tells me I can't park there because it isn't a parking spot, despite the fact that there are NO no parking signs, lines painted on ground, etc. As I'm getting up to move, there are several other trucks moving around as well, including the box truck. Many of us just had to leave and try our luck elsewhere. I would think yall would realize how bad this is for business. I'll never stop there again, I'll patronize a better truckstop in the area. You should be a ashamed.

Not one person checking out... And they are directing everyone to the self check out... I wouldn't ask someone to do my job.... Seems that they could hire more people if needed...

5:15 I reserve a shower about 4:45 and 1/2 later no shower. According to female manager, the reason for showers is that the person doing showers, is a female. This manager has an attitude problem, bad attitude.

This place makes me hate pilot the manager she always on drugs. The attitude is nasty. She always yelling to people and the security guard is so crazy. I don’t think his right in his mind Driver please do not come here anymore.

When I go there there was a stupid ball security dude he was drunk unprofessional and uneducated keep look at me for nothing and there was two rude and stupid woman I was asking to give me the Marlboro light short they were giving me something else they were all stupid and unprofessional ?

Rude security..was followed around the store by a rude security guard.. parking app is inaccurate, rude night Mgr, dirty restrooms. Not very welcoming at night for drivers

Never again will I go to this Pilot. I had an issue with my fuel card which caused me to be there for 2 and a half hours trying to get it taken care of. I pulled out of the fuel island when my card wouldn't work and parked in an empty reserve spot pretty early in the afternoon. The fat bold security guard came around demanding I need to leave that spot because I didn't pay for it and he's calling the cops if I don't leave. I told him my issue with the fuel card and he told me he didn't care. Never in my life have I ever been treated as badly as I have been treated by the security guard and by the lady manager here at this place during the evening. I called pilot flying J corporate and made a formal complaint

Never be back again. Fellow drivers don't stop here. I was parked for 4 hours and made me move. They don't care about your clock just move. Guy cussed me out and threten me. Worst place ever

Wish I didn't have to give them a star at all. Most of the small parking lot is paid parking and the food prices are beyond high. No doubt this is price gouging due to the lack of other choices to stop in the area. I was charged $9.00 for a very small cup of beefstew (around 6 bites) and when I asked why the lady said it was because it's made with prime steak. There was 2 pieces of steak in the cup that wasn't even a table spoon full. Should have known something wasn't right because I was told they only have 1 size serving even though they have 3 different size cups at the soup bar and they don't show the prices of anything except for the pizza. 2 or 3 dollars higher than other pilots. If you have to stop here which you shouldn't go to the fast food places within walking distance from the parking lot. Sending this post to corporate but doubt I'm not wasting my time. SHAMEFUL!!!
