All the employees were amazing and so helpful. We came in for a harness and we held and played with a few dogs. It was a great experience! Thank you to the young lady who helped my sister and I name was ***** and she was absolutely AMAZING

We come often for dog food and supplies. Heather and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. Last week we came in shopping for a new family member and Heather let us hold animals and helped us pick the perfect fit. Her and her team and knowledgeable and fantastic!

Hello Sir,Myself ****** seeking help and apology for what I have done.On 13th April 2023 I adopted a 16 week female Labradog from one of your Stores in Mason,OhioWe were very happy I have a caring Husband and Loving 2 kids (9year old girl and 3 year old boy) initially we were very happy with new member but later she started biting my kids and jumping on my son got injured daily with heavy heart we surrender her yesterday but now all of our member are emotionally broken completely felt we have left our soul with **** I cannot explain the pain we all are I can’t see my daughter crying and I myself felt I lost my kid with my own hand.We called the store today again to get her back but she was not there.I request you if she is there can you help us get her back or atleast see her once with heavy heart I am writing you we miss her and cannot forget her ever. May you always have your soul kids with you.Below is one memory I have of her help me please ?? ?? ??

Asking employee that sales the puppies, what kind of dog it is, she did not know nor was she going to try to find out for me. she had no knowledge of any of the puppies. So I bought my puppy at Petland in Columbus. went back into Petland again in Chillicothe after I bought my puppy to get her a playmate. Once again the sales people had no knowledge of their puppies. Didnt know what the breed was, how big they would become. So plan to go back to Columbus for my purchase. Everytime I go into Petland in Chillicothe to purchase something for my puppy their is never a cashier to check you out. They let you stand there waiting on them to come to register, when they see their line build up, then they come to register. They are always a group of employees standing by computer across from puppies moreless socializing with each other and carrying on rather than helping their customers. This store has the worst customer service of any pet store that I have ever been in.

I am a Local that always is in there getting all my reptiles food needs .they are always very nice and usually always helpful. Even on Sunday they all have Smile's.what a wonderful place to visit for any pet needs ,or to just stop in and check them out .I rate them at a 100% top best place to go when it comes to all pets needs!

We bought a puppy from Petland in Topeka KS on 2/20/2022. We were offered 5 different deferred interest payment plans. We ultimately chose the Petland credit card, as the staff told us the interest would be deferred for 24 months on a promotional plan. When we received our first bill, we found that we are being charged 29.99% in interest. We would NEVER agree to paying interest on this type of purchase. We contacted Petland Team Solutions and requested the remaining balance be put on a new plan, with deferred interest this time. They said they could not do anything because the paperwork we signed “would have stated the financial plan”. The paperwork we signed states “I agree to pay for these goods or services according to the terms of my Petland Credit Card Agreement and if applicable, any Promotional Credit Plan, which may apply to this transaction.” Since we were told we were signing up for a promotional plan, we signed the receipt thinking that the wording “if applicable, any Promotional Credit Plan” applied to our agreement. We filed a complaint with the BBB and Petland responded by saying they only offer a few promotional plans but only a couple of times a year and they weren’t offering any at the time we made our purchase. This was a huge surprise to my husband and I because not only did they not honor the payment plan they promised us, they presented us with offers that didn’t exist at all. We will pay this off and take our business elsewhere. We can only hope this helps others make an informed decision before making any substantial purchases with Petland.

Petland, Bellaire,TX. Date 09-12-2022Walked in store with my spouse and two employees chasing each other. Female employee chasing a male employee. I would fire them immediately. P*** odor hit me at front door. No one said may I help you are would you like to see a dog. Male employee stood at register the whole time with phone in hand I guess talking are playing a game. Walked around to see dogs they looked depressed and looked like not fed much food. Depressed would mean never let out cubicle daily to walk/run maybe once.This place need people who understand and care for animals. Where's the Manager? Where's a real Vet Tech? Try moving store to other end of Westheimer (Galleria) are Meyerland area. Maybe you would sell more and not have dogs there till they are grown. Oh and 10 minutes before I left the female employee was chasing the male again. Wow really. Get a Manager and train your employees. Take care of dogs like if you care about them and not just making money for the Company. Be particular who you hire when it comes to animals.. CEO of Petland fly in and visit this store.
