The fender and door look good where the dents were. But there was a scratch on the chrome by the drivers side window and a dent on the inside of the door looks like someone dropped a heavy tool on it. But the chrome is going to be fixed at no extra cost to me. When I got the van back it was pretty dusty inside I had to take it to the car wash and wipe the inside out from where who ever sanded it didn’t clean the dust particles off the inside I had to wipe down the whole inside to get rid of the dust and there is a film on the windshield from the sprayer as well.

Perfection One CC are fantastic folks to deal with. They were gracious, knowledgeable, explained all work to be done. The customer service was excellent. My vehicle was returned looking better than the day I bought it. Due to my health issues they picked up and returned my vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. If you have a vehicle that needs repair you should check these folks out. You can't go wrong.

Having a damaged vehicle needing repair is never a good thing. But, when you can take it to Perfection One, it becomes much easier to bear! From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted with friendly, smiling faces! Liz was quite efficient during the estimate of repairs, Emily handled the scheduling and updated me throughout the entire process! They truly are perfect examples of “ Customer Service”! My car was returned to me in spotless condition, and you would never know it had been damaged! It was PERFECTION!

Wonderful customer service. I had an accident while visiting and they worked me in! The first 2 photos show the damage and the last photo shows a pristine completion. I have been a customer for years and was glad that, if it had to happen, it happened where I knew that I could get a fantastic repair!

Everyone is very friendly/helpful and the work is excellent. Emily is a gem. The step up to the door is hard for me due to a prosthetic leg. She came out and helped me in and then helped me get to my car outside. Truly great customer service by her and all the other staff. Highly recommend to my friends and coworkers.

If you want your insurance company to fix your vehicle properly, Perfection One knows how to hold insurance companies accountable. Technicians can do better work with the proper materials and the insurance industry likes to cut those corners, but not at Perfection One.
