“I usually do oil changes myself but needed it done and didn't have time. Went here, waited probably 50 minutes to get in. The cost was pretty high imo, but it is what it is. The fluids were supposed to be checked and topped off. The windshield washer fluid was completely empty. Made me start checking other fluids since clearly it stated on my paperwork they filled it. Was kinda disappointed considering the cost. Not a huge deal, oil was changed and was full, so that was the main thing, but when they tell you they go the extra mile, which is the reason I went here, and don't it makes you want to find other options.”

“The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I went there for an oil change it was so much cheaper than anywhere else I've ever been and my car uses synthetic oil which is expensive. When I went to cash out I couldn't believe how much I saved. I then went to get into my car and they even vacuumed the front floor boards I was in shock. I got out and asked the guy that worked there standing outside if they do that he said yes they do they even put in windshield wiper fluid they do it all. It literally made me cry. Best oil change experience I've ever had. I will definitely continue to go to this Walmart in Chillicothe for oil changes. Excellent staff and wonderful work.”
