Wonderful staff and fast service, but I decided to start giving fewer stars when facilities allow people's cell phone use to infringe on the rights of others. Especially healthcare where I am being asked my name and other PII. Cell phone use needs to be restricted everywhere!

I have been dealing with a lot of pain and issues at home and my doctor has been awesome with me I have been taking my pain out on everything and everyone and she has been awesome though it all highly recommend Sarah to anyone

Dr Casey Chamberlain I have severe nerve damage that is causing several other health issues I was made to go back to work out of state so I wasn't able to my appointments and I talked to them the woman that I talked to yesterday she was very hateful she discontinued me as a patient like I was laughing Dr Chamberlain's been my doctor for 8 years the thing is I'm dying from it I have a lot of things wrong with meand I can't see the doctor was supposed to help me that woman gave me a sentence to death without Dr Chamberlain's help I will not make it he promised me that he would never give up on me I have a lot of scar tissue in my spinal cord and I don't know who to talk to I'm just sitting here without a doctor nowRocky Conley 7/27/1969

Very inconvenient staff. Don't have your records right give you the run around. And wonder why you have a attitude. I will never go to Ohio health again. And don't recommend them to anyone. Until they get there staff working together. Here I am in pain and suffering and they don't care.

Was seen for the first time today! Was greeted professionally and very little wait time. The waiting room was very clean and not crowded! Was seen promptly by Amy Barrows, CNP and she had excellent bedside manner and answered all my questions thoroughly! Thank you again Ohio Health!

UPDATE: I received a call from Ohio Health on Friday. I returned their call this morning. They are working on my issues, and promised to see it through. I am giving them another chance before I hastily change doctors.Initially, I had a great experience with my Nurse Practitioner. The facility had just opened and I'm sure the client base was small at that time. Since that time, I have been told, on more than one occasion, that I have been referred to other specialty doctors, and the wait began. I finally decided to call the referred physicians offices myself, after waiting weeks for a phone call to schedule, only to find out that referrals were never received. One of the specialists isn't even practicing any longer, This has been going on for a few months. I have lost all faith in this NP and her team. So, I will be looking for a new physician.

I cannot say enough to show my appreciation for the staff, and Kaley. Our entire family was there to be seen, and we were all treated with respect and kindness from the minute we walked in until we left. Kaley was patient and thorough, and she genuinely cares for people and is excellent at what she does.

The doctors took the time to listen to and address my concerns. I did not feel rushed and went from primary care to Dr. Cohen same day. Tests scheduled within a couple days of my visit. Highly recommend. Thank You

I have been going here for a short time but notice the medical staff takes time to listen and the doctors care to get proper care administered to patients.
