Gender inequality is discrimination based on sex or gender causing one sex or gender to be routinely privileged or prioritized over another. Gender equality is a fundamental human right that is violated by gender-based discrimination. I wholeheartedly believe more than ever this still exists today. Both interactions I've had with the service department at the Chillicothe location for Nissan, have left me feeling this way. When a man rolls his eyes at me during conversation and presents aggressive body language, I think degraded and challenged to defend myself. I was not given time to explain things nor did I even want to after the eye roll and shrug. The general tone of his voice made me feel less than. Top it off with the body language, I could not get out of there fast enough. Unfortunately once again I have to go back to this dealership for repairs. Parts were not available and need to be ordered. But due to the past two experiences here, my husband will be taking over. If you wish to continue to treat customers this way, especially women, I will not ever allow you to do it with me. My father and husband were not raised this way. I know my worth. But unfortunelty, going forward with this location, I can not handle my own business and instead have to send my husband in.

We leased a 2019 Rogue from Nourse, and it's now time to turn it in or buy it out. We are opting to buy the vehicle out and told the salesman we planned to pay cash. He told us THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION, and WE HAD TO FINANCE WITH NOURSE. Upon reading our lease agreement, it clearly stated we could pay cash + any necessary fees at the lease termination. We contacted Dutro Nissan in Zanesville, OH and their finance department was honest with us and said that YES, a cash buyout is possible and that many dealerships are being dishonest with customers regarding buyouts in order to make money off of the financing. When I contacted Nourse to let them know we would be buying the lease out through Dutro, the salesman first tried to say that the financing was how Nourse "was choosing" to do things - THERE IS NO CHOICE WHEN YOU HAVE A CONTRACT STATING YOU HAVE TO TAKE A CASH PAYMENT. He followed that up by saying I was ruining "a good relationship over something so petty". Again, I - the customer, who was paying for a vehicle - was being PETTY over the fact that I 1) was blatantly lied to and the Nourse Nissan enterprise, and; 2) wanting to pay LESS money to buyout my used vehicle. A year ago, I would have recommended Nourse, now - I would definitely do not. Attempting to take advantage of your customers to pad YOUR bottom line, not just dishonest, but outright LYING to customers, and following it up with name calling.....Nourse will never see our business again.

I made a app to get my car looked at & they said they couldn’t look at it because my appointment was to late and the mechanics would be leaving soon then why did the girl on phone make my app that late maybe the staff should be trained properly then because that wasent my fault!!! It was only 3:00 also it’s a very long wait to get a app it takes a week to even get in to get car looked at like what? The busiest dealership I went to had me come in a day later not a week later, they also said they couldn’t do anything cause check engine light wasent on but I went to ricart Nissan and they found the problem easily! I won’t be back
