Ordered a Honda. Knew it would take a while because I "ordered" it. After 3 months of waiting I began to get a little annoyed. So I became a little more persistent in trying to get answers. Only to find out that it didn't even appear to get ordered. Was told the exact vehicle (different color though) was due to arrive in a few days. Was told by Honda manager that I would never get the color I ordered and nobody had that color to do a dealer trade. So I decided to go with what was coming. I like the car - but not what I was set on getting. Traded in a Honda for this one. 2 days after I signed, guess what shows up on the lot! Yep - the color I ordered. Was told that it was a dealer trade from Marysville. But I had been told that there were NONE. Almost 2 weeks later, previous loan is STILL not paid - therefore ding on credit report. Inquire with dealer - NO RESPONSE. WHILE WAITING FOR CAR AFTER ORDERED, nothing but the run around - when I could get a response. Kept hearing it is on its way - just waiting for delivery. VERY LITTLE COMMUNICATION - NO RESPONSE TO MESSAGES - if I got a response it would be a week later. I have friends that work there, my other half even works there. I cannot believe how they treat their customers, and employees! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN! I should have walked away and went somewhere else - but because my boyfriend is there, I wanted to try to be patient. HUGE MISTAKE! Thankfully he has nothing to do with sales

Took my vehicle in for service at Ford. Had my car for 10 weeks and 5 days. Got my car back. Transmission issues still. Hard shifting into gears and long pause into other gears. Take your vehicle to reliable Service Center.

I get insulting emails from this company and did not contact them about a car. They send that they are sorry they could not give me a loan and that now since they say it is a year later maybe my finances are better. I am pissed to say the least. I never contacted them and have a 820 credit score so no dealership would have a problem with me if I wanted a damn car. This must be their way of trying to look superior. I do not know what their problem is but if just looking at cars in general gives them this type of info on a person then we are all in trouble with their superior abilities.

I would give this dealership a ZERO!!!! What a joke! They talked to me on the phone and convinced me to drive 70+ miles to their dealership only to tell me after I wanted to purchase a car.....that they would NOT sell me the car I just test drove. They said maybe ....... if I would finance through a place we get a large kick back through...... they would consider then to sell me it. LOL! Really??? How this place could receive higher than 1 star is beyond me. I told other Honda places I contacted about this dealership....and they could not believe that they said that to me. I never take the time to write about a businesses on Yelp....but this place in unbelievable Do you self just......purchase a vehicle somewhere else....anywhere else!!!!

Absolutely worst rental experience I've ever had. Didn't have the size vehicle I requested when I reserved. Tried to blame it on me. Told me exactly where to leave MY vehicle so it would be safe on camera, then called me when I was two states away to demand that I move my vehicle because they said I was told NOT to park there. The rental had impact damage (make sure you check BEFORE you leave so YOU don't get charged for it!) The ONLY place in town and they treat you like they know it.

This was one on the smoothest car buying processes that I have personally went through. They were very professional, and explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had. There were a few hiccups that the driver side mirror wouldn't work since it was a power mirror, but they easily fixed the issue highly recommend Nourse!

Buyer be aware... Do not buy a used vehicle from Nourse Auto Mall in Chillicothe. Sales staff are excellent and will get you a good deal. They will even sell you a warranty to make you feel all warm and fuzzy. However service for said vehicle that was sold with a transmission issue requires me to pay $470 for a fluid change. It has to be done as a diagnostic test to see if the warranty will even cover the repairs. They were well aware of what i was asking for but waited until they charged me a $146 diagnostic fee to tell me it wasnt covered. This is information that could have been told to me on the phone and saved me a trip and $146. I will be returning my buisness to Hernnstein. Never an issue with them. Should have known better. I was warned by several people and should have read their reviews.

I began searching for a vehicle online, and found exactly what I wanted at Nourse Automall in Chillicothe; or so I thought. Their website says they have the vehicle, so I drove there from Columbus. I was told the vehicle isn't there; it's at the Circleville location. Of course, I drove through Circleville on the way to Chillicothe. So on the way home, I stopped in Circleville; only to be told the car isn't there either: "the boss drives it" I was told. In this day and age, there's no excuse for their website being inaccurate. They wasted my evening, and apparently aren't interested in selling that vehicle; so why is it still offered on their website?!

I am an ASE certified mechanic. Long story short, Bought a 2011 truck 2.5 years ago. Come to find out after being told it was a local trade in, on star said the truck came from Canada. I had purchased the gold power train warranty. Have had issue such as the wipe motor/wiper transmission assembly going out in the first few months. They wouldn't fix. 6months in the truck started to rust. Then the fuel pump went out. Nourse was not going to fix under warranty which is covered by my warranty. So I ate a 400$ fuel pump. Was promised a free undercoating and bed liner. 2 years later still not honored. The truck started smoking. Called numerous times. Was told to drive it until they could get me in. Now here I sit. Truck has been at Nourse for over a month now. First I was told the motor was locked up. After one inspection by the warranty company. It's not longer locked up after doing what I suggested. But it's blowing oil out of the tailpipe. And I get a phone call saying my frame is cracked. Mind you, they drove the truck into the shop to show me the frame. No word wether or not the warranty company will cover either of the issue yet. Total cost 13k if not.

Spoke with the manager all day long asking to help me find a cheap affordable monthly payment, they played it along all day like they would help me find a good used car. Went in they showed great hospitality at first then when they showed me the car after waiting 2 hours mind you spoke with them the whole day about finding the car, they ended up showing me a brand new car with high monthly payments. Completely the opposite of what I was wanting didn't show me anything I asked for within my budget. After showing me the one car that was brand new and super expensive the whole mood switch they acted completely different and rude. Surprised scam artist actually sell cars. Place was a joke! Would never recommend buying a car there.

We had an appointment at 1pm. Signed papers got approved they said they were going to take car fill it up with gas, while he was gone we were to meet with finance guy which I'm not sure why we have already test drove been approved, and signed papers. Mean while they have took 3 people ahead of us. 5pm rolls around and we are still sitting here. Waiting!!!
