The BEST! Caleb went above and beyond for us. Our motor coach had an engine light and we were only 20 minutes away. On a Sunday, he told us to come and 2 hours later back on the road. Customer service was beyond anything and my business is the customer service industry! To impress me is hard to do!

MHC Chillicothe are good people! I’ve brought my truck in a few times now and every time they’ve done fantastic work, they definitely don’t overcharge you on maintenance and labor. I’m an owner operator and it’s hard enough out there for us O/O. Each time I’ve had work done at MHC, they’ve always work with me on the price. Thank you MHC Chillicothe!

Steve the service manager was great in communication and trying to get our transmission repair done as quick as he possibly could. Got it all covered under warranty and He kept me informed all the way. It was greatly appreciated. Scott did great and always does great in getting parts as quick as he can. I deal with this Chillicothe branch all the time and they treat us great.Thank you to both techs caleb and jim for your great service and hard work. 5 star on this one.Big transmission job. Probably the best weekend guys in the shop I have ever been around. Very knowledgeable, super helpful and very nice. They got me back on the road in a very short time and seemed happy to help. That is very rare these days in shops!!!
