After being with State farm my entire life I'm switching to a different insurance company. In an attempt to close on a deal for my dream home I was informed 7 days to closing that my insurance agent would not provide the proper coverage for my manufactured home. The home is 100% structurally sound. I ordered a structural inspection that was certified to exceed code and an independent inspector to check for any damage or problem s. Did not make a difference no body at this agents office nor State farm as a whole has showed even the slightest of care for it's loyal customers. My family of 5 and I myself and future family will NEVER deal with State farm again after jumping through hoops to get estimates and dealing with terrible phone conversation to lack of care for their customers and very little proper communication, I can only say 1 thing. Do not use this agent for Auto or Home and do NOT use state farm
