We had the first section delivered and realized that the other piece wouldn't fit so she cancelled and re ordered the piece we wanted and had it our house in 2 days! We are in love with our couch and very thankful to her for everything she did for us and making this process so easy, quick, and smooth! From picking it out, financing it, and having it delivered, it was so easy! We are returning customers and we will be back again!!!! I would give 10 stars!! The pricing is always good and you get very nice pieces for reasonable prices!!”

“Jeremy, in the Chillicothe Ohio store, was (and I cannot stress this enough) AMAZING!! I was set on a specific base that elevated my head because of acid reflux and snoring but as soon as I said the words “low back pain” he said I definitely did not want that base, and he was right. He demonstrated the fully adjustable base and as soon as he elevated the legs I wanted to cry from happiness at the instant pain relief. His experience with how the body/spine works and what is needed to alleviate the stress in the lower spine was impressive. My mattress delivery date is going to be my personal Christmas Day. I’ve been sleeping in a recliner for 2 years and didn’t think I would be able to afford anything so fancy. Mattress Firm really can’t be beat; not only in customer service and education, but also in price, guarantees, warranties, and sleep trials. “This was my first time in the store and I do believe that they have excellent quality mattresses box springs and I also have the for the frame but you're mattress you can't buy today and take it home today you have to get it you buy it as an order and they'll have it made and either delivered to your house or they'll bring it to the store and you come back and pick it up I think it's a good idea it's nice store”
