I am from Parma, OH (near Cleveland) and needed flowers for a funeral service that was taking place in a few hours. Mary in the floral department was SO friendly and accommodating. I felt quite helpless being 3 hours away and Mary set my mind at ease that my flowers would arrive on time and be beautiful. Thank you Mary. You’re the BEST!!!!!

I came in on Jan. 25th. Got a personal watermelon. When I got to register where hunter was working, he asked me if it was seedless I told him idk but the sign said either 449 or 499 I told him this 3 times. I also said I hope it was sweet cause seems I always get a bad one. Anyway when I got home 18 miles from the store I realized he charged me 699 but then I cut it open 2 days later after getn it cold in fridge it didn't look right I took one bite and spit it out. I want a refund. Please. I have pictures and receipt

This is a typical Kroger. There is a decent wine selection. The employees are friendly and available.

Kroger is always a great place to shop. Mostly every need is there. The revamped Marketplace is always a great experience and in my eyes one of the best remodels of a big chain store I've come across. The improvements seem to really enhance the Krogering experience for me and I'm certainly sure for others as well. Great job Kroger!!

Why is it that there are only two employees who can get the credit card machines to work without entering a pin number (which you should NEVER do at a grocery store or gas station because of identity theft!)? I just can't shop here anymore. The machine forces me to use my regular credit card instead of my debit/credit card. I can't believe Kroger is making me shop at Walmart.Until today, I loved this store. I met with the rudest, rudest, rudest employee today. He was so bad, the man at the next self checkout register even spoke up, stating that the employee shouldn't be working with people. The employee's name is Steve. After he walked away, nasty and argumentative the whole time, I asked Lalaine for assistance and she was able to very courteously help us where Steve just kept telling me it can't be done. She took care of it in 20 seconds. I had been in the store about a half hour earlier, and Reva helped with the same issue. Why did Steve have to be so rude and nasty? Now I don't even want to go back to Kroger after this morning.
