I found the office at Bridge Street, Chillicothe, Ohio to be both professional and patient answering all questions and reassuring. They solved all the problems and I left better understanding what was happening and feeling postive about all of the tax “ins and outs”

I really enjoyed the experience, my tax prep was done quickly and my preparer did a wonderful job at explaining everything throughout the whole process, and made me feel welcome, it was like hanging out with an old friend while getting my taxes done
