Mykala went above and beyond to help me with a lot of problems I caused myself by breaking my phones and insurance payments being pointless. I needed help passed the point that she could even and she kept going. Give that woman a raise! Because of them I'm staying -thank u angel”

I hear people complain about cost but I've only had two instances in 30 years where I was without internet/cable services for a week or longer and both times they moved the ticket up until a supervisor got involved to be sure it was fixed. The speed, customer service, and reliability make it worth the extra $$ for me especially since I run a business using tech 17 to 20 hours workdays from home the last 10 years.”
