Customer service was definitely not worth the price. The chicken legs working behind the counter looked me up and down with judgement as I approached the desk to check in and rolled her eyes when I asked to do so. Not a great start to my overnight stay. Otherwise, the room was average.

I'm not going to lie, my 2 year old had a diaper poop emergency and I had to go ahead and pull it into this parking lot to change her diaper very very quickly, but no one came out and yelled at me so I'm going to give them a thumbs up

Not bad beds, bathroom and AC vent was covered in dust. I got hit by some other car in the parking lot and the hotel just did an incident report but didn’t really care about it. (One cleaning crew did care)

Standard chain hotel decent price good location parking easy to access. Usual problem when the death of the door in the room keys didn't work, but other than that it was a standard box hotel chain stay. Did seem to be missing any charging ports for any device. Might suggest investing in a couple of lamps that have the usb chargers in them that we see in other hotels. Would have been a problem if we hadn't been prepared for charging issues on a running vacation. Left before breakfast so I couldn't really tell you about that one

They cancelled my reservation due to overbooking, and did not tell me until late in the morning of the day that I was to come down there. I missed the call because I was asleep (I'm a night driver.). They were going to give me the opportunity to keep two of the nights I'd reserved, but when I called them, they'd already cancelled the entire reservation.
I'd booked this trip several days in advance. I really think, because it is a holiday weekend, that they could have sold the rooms out from under me at a higher rate. I get that mistakes happen, but I've never had a reservation cancelled on the day of my trip like this before. It was a good thing that I received the message before I left. What would I have done then? And at almost $200 a night for a room. Book at your own risk!! Also, when I called back, no one answered. I had to call back later, choosing the option to make a reservation. The only information I was given was that my reservation had been cancelled.

Dirty bathroom. Cleaning was sub par. We also found trash in our room. Wish they would refund part of our stay

Super Friendly Staff Eager to Make Your Stay a Good One!
Party of 3 in town for business. Front desk was great in helping with any room problems we experienced and provided great dining recommendations.
Large, clean rooms. Nice views. Easy to control thermostat. Good breakfast options.
Good place to stay if you want to be close to the highway and earn Holiday Inn points.

Great stop! Staff were great, beds were comfortable, good clean shower and bathrooms. The cinnamon rolls were an awesome treat. Had a truck with a trailer and was pleasantly surprised there was very well lit parking to the side of the hotel for us.

Front desk person was great when we checked in. Location was fine. Tried to shower this morning and the tub backed up. Talked to the front desk and it’s a known problem for the 2nd floor rooms. It would have been nice if they informed us before checking in.
