I have never experienced such wonderful customer service with a moving company. Moving is so stressful but there was a gal working, I think her name was Kylie and she relieved so much of my stress just by knowing her stuff and she also had me cracking up laughing. Like I had such a good experience I want to move again soon. I hope I run into Kylie in the wild and we become best friends. With or without benefits.

Easy to rent. Doesn't offer a sliding scale if you take things out early. So take your time getting things out.

Very angry and disappointed in this company and the movers. I thought this was a quality moving service but I was sorely mistaken. We found so many damaged pieces of our furniture it's laughable. They damaged our newly constructed home as they were moving things to the basement, our walls and trim are beat up and this was just after the painter finished painting everything. They completely scratched up our dresser and broke my office desk as well. Recently we found out they broke our very expensive smoker/grill also. The movers were nice enough but they were very young and not careful at all. I even gave them a very generous tip to each of them afterwards as I was so appreciative for them, now I realize that was wasted. Would only recommend using them if you want your things broken.

Been using one of their storage units for about 2 years now, and they've been wonderful about taking payment over the phone, with no late charge unless payment is a week or more late. Aside from some rodents stealing the tp to make a nest, our belongings on their property have been secure and undamaged in the unit. Angela in the office is amazeballs and deserves a raise.

Herlihy has helped me on several moves. Residential and commercial. Chillicothe and Grove City. I also recently rented a mini storage unit from them. Very happy with the building and price.

I used Herlihy moving as recommended by my employer when I changed jobs. I moved, unfortunately, during a very hot real estate market in Columbus so while I was able to sell my place quickly I ran into trouble finding a new home. I hired them for full packing, move, storage for 9 months, and then move to new home. For the full packing they had a very efficient team come in and pack up all my belongings within a day. The following day they moved my items out of my condo and I was incredibly impressed with the team! My condo building has very strict rules and they are very particular about movers and how things are handled and if things are not done correctly they will fine the owner- so when they told me that these were the best movers they have ever had in the building- that is saying something! They even took their information to pass out to other owners who might be selling or moving in. Aaron and his crew took such great care of my items and when we parted I did not have an idea of when I would find a new home but Aaron told me that he would look out for my final move so he could be part of the team. A long 9 months went by and when I contacted Herlihy for a date to move my stuff into my new house- imagine my pleasant surprise to find out that Aaron kept his promise and was in charge of my move back in! He showed up ahead of schedule and his team stayed well into the evening making sure everythng was done the way I wanted. I had only one item that had minor damage (which the movers pointed out to me) and Aaron got the claim started for me right away and took photos himself. From the initial estimator who came by (kind, professional, and very quick to respond) to the packers and to the movers- I could not have been more impressed. I strongly strongly recommend these movers to everyone. If I ever move again I will be asking for Herlihy and hoping Aaron will be the head of my team again!

I got a 10x10 unit to store some things in that we were not using right now and it was the perfect size and the people were really nice.

This is the second time I've used their service. The movers were nice but some of my furniture got some deep scratches.
