The youth selection "size 8-10/12 is extremely poor. I get it's fall but for 75% of it to be sweatpants and sweatshirts and heavy winter coats. I could even find decent long sleeve shirts for picture day. I was able to find two hoodies one in each size, but that was 30 mins of looking and happened to be the last two of each color/ brand.

If you're disabled, don't even try to shop. The store is overcrowded with merchandise and it's difficult to get through most of the store. Prices aren't as good as in the past.

Chillicothe ohio store looks like it has been ransacked every time I've been there. Now there are NO fitting rooms to use. Clerk said corporate wants them closed. Will not go back.

I love this store EXCEPT for the fact that I’ve came home twice (I live an hour away) and noticed they forgot to take off a security tag!! Next time I’m going to have to check before I even leave the store.
