It's a great place to buy foreign parts. However I feel like the staff is under knowledged and sometimes bothered by your calls. It's really hard to get a call back about a part or an answer on the phone about 1 it's kind of turning me against this place. I don't know what happened to customer service in this world?

Got the part I needed. Dude was a little rude with me and my dad but hey, we have our bad days. Thank you for the part. I'll definitely get parts from there for my CR-V! And to the lady who answered the phone, you sounded a little annoyed but you could have been dealing with another customer too, thank you for your help regardless. You both could have just turned me away but didn't. Thank you!

Called about a wheel, the lady who answered the phone was unbelievably rude. She asked me the same question three times and every time I answered her, she had begun talking to someone else in the room. And since she couldn't hear my answer to her question, she would ask again and sound more and more annoyed every time. Never got an answer to my question because it was like talking to a brick wall who was also rude.
