“Been awhile since I was there. They reset the whole store, very clean.
Down side was shelves pretty much bare.
O'well found some marked down Christmas items.: )”
“Alot of things here can be found at other store for about the same price lots of times a little less. But it's fun little "junk store" to go in to pick up a couple $1 ($1.25) items and it cost you $40 or $50 dollars! It's fun and the people are usually friendly.”
“The place is too small. The aisles are cramped and if it ever caught on fire everybody inside would die. The company either won't or can't hire enough staff to properly run it. As a result, everything is disorganized and the lines are long. That being said they have a few employees that are the ones getting the five stars. They are kind and compassionate. All of them deserve a raise and if it wasn’t for them and me living only a block away, I would not go back.”
“I needed one specific item. Called the Central Center location. Phone rang a few times. Was answered, then hung up. The Bridge St location was a pure example of excellent customer service. Bobbi was most helpful.”
“Very great selection. But the cashier was very rude. And acted like she didn't want to check people out. But didn't haveself check out set up for anyone to use.”
“Very rude associate. Definitely needs customer service training! Also don't buy too much! You can't bring their carts outside. So they would rather keep 15 carts than sell their stock!”
“Family Dollar on Western Avenue is awesome. People that work there are friendly. The Family Dollar on Bridge Street not so friendly empty shelves. People at the register would rather play around with what's going on behind the registers and deal with the customers that are standing in line waiting on them to get done acting childish”
