I have had countless issues with this pharmacy & I should of already changed pharmacies but there is one gentleman who is VERY friendly who has worked there a while & having to go through the hassle of transferring all my prescriptions to Walgreens down the road is not on my high priority list. Most recently, my doctor changed me from ozempic to mounjaro due to the ozempic shortage. This was Nov. 22nd. Today (Dec. 14th) I finally decided to discuss this with my doctor as well as the pharmacy. Assuming this was an issue with shortage or insurance, I was wrong. Cvs has been just sitting on my prescription, when it could of already been filled. Ms. Heather (whether by mistake or on purpose) put me on hold to check if it was in stock & I was swiftly sent to an answering machine system. I understand they are busy & most likely don't have enough help. However, I've already been waiting an exceedingly long time for this prescription. So ofcourse, I called back & she answered again & immediately said it would be filled later today. My constructive criticism would be for this pharmacy to do better when it comes to communicating with their customers about their prescriptions in a timely manner. We don't get a call or text at all with updates if there are issues. My new years resolution will be to finally take the time to switch over to Walgreens down the road. I would not refer a friend to this pharmacy, I would actually highly suggest they go somewhere else. I'm entirely surprised they are still in business with the options of kroger & Walgreens. I initially got my prescriptions filled at kroger but my insurance wasn't covering them to be filled there any longer which is why I had changed to cvs across the street. Krogers customer service, communication skills & efficiency highly surpasses this particular CVS.

The young Girl in the drive thru VERY RUDE. I was getting money to pay and she shut the window and walked away. I didn't know there was no charge but she could have said THANK YOU or something besides walking away. The guy in the other hand was very nice and friendly and helpful.

Can’t get a real person to answer the phone. It’s just a computer automated voice. I’ll be looking for a different pharmacy with good customer service.

Workers behind the Pharmacy are just straight up rude ! Literally in line before closing time, she made eye contact and closed gate right in front of me ! I said something like really I'm right here and she could only say at 7:01 we closed at 7:00 while the person in front of me was having a conversation with her. Yes, I had antibiotics there but, so did my 17 month baby (with Pneumonia) never again will I go back there !

2 bad experiences. 1) employee showed displeasure of a medication the doctor told me he would prescribe but did not send to the pharmacy.. instead of saying that I should get back in touch with the doctor to have him send it over she was rude. 2) employee showed annoyance over medication which was prescribed in which there is a miscommunication with the doctor. Medicine was ultimately prescribed the same day however I heard the employee complain about the script even though as a customer it was not my fault being that I have no medical license to prescribe medication.Just pick somewhere else. You'll thank me later.

If I could give this pharmacy less than 1 star I would. Clearly the pharmacist and employees saw me sitting at the drive thru window. 10 min I drive around. I pushed button before doing so 3 times and they ignored me. come here if want the usual idgaf about customers treatment... but if you want to be treated like a an appreciated customer THEN DRIVE 50 MORE FEET TO WALGREENS .
