1: There isn't proper staffing for the pharmacy to be efficient. 2: There always seems to be an issue with my prescriptions. Either the tech doesn't listen to me when I tell them what is needed to be filled, or they tell me I never filled a prescription there previously because they have 2 customer profiles for me and I have to tell them every time to look under both profiles. Then they tell me I never gave them my insurance info...again because of the multiple profiles. They sometimes try to find me by my name instead of dob and they tell me I've never filled anything there before. Then they are always charging different amounts for the same regular medications I fill and I have to provide them instructions on how to fix it. All of these things are ok with me. We are human but what isn't ok, is the attitude I get when I am calming asking them to look into the issue. They may be over worked but it's not pleasant for me when I am forced to use your pharmacy due to my insurance. 3rd- Your company was absolutely terrible to my son who applied for a job. He was told to proceed with paying for a background check and pay for a drug screening which was all passed. When he followed up on the training, they told him that his application was on hold and no one knew why or how to get him started into training even though the store said they "desperately need workers". My son is a college Presidential Ambassador/student on a pre-med track. He would have been a tremendous asset to this store but instead your company made him spend over $100 to start a job that he was promised, but they just wasted his time and money instead. I've honestly never witnessed a more disorganized and unprofessional hiring process. I would rate the previous sores a "0" if I didn't have compassion for you workers who are trying in the store. Even though they treat me disrespectfully.

If you like your pharm tech to be rude and short with you while wearing a button that says..did I roll my eyes too loud for you, then this is your place. Who would allow their employees to wear such disrespect? Not to mention the continued attitude given at this location (pharm techs). I realize it's a stressful job but come on, you're not the only one having a bad day and you're being paid to be nice.

Would not recommend to anyone. I had a prescription transfered Wednesday (it’s currently Friday btw) to here. I made a request online as well as via phone. I go Friday to get my medicine and they tell me they don’t have it, it’s not even in the system. Then they can’t give me the script to go somewhere else. The older lady there was rude the entire encounter. Sorry I’m a bother for getting my medicine i requested almost 3 days ago?She said she called and they said they’d fax them over, but when i asked if she had them she didn’t seem too concerned with looking.Currently pulling all my scripts from here and going somewhere else. They also chronically take forever to fill one medicine and try to make you wait days for something.

Worst pharmacy ever! They lost a prescription a doctor called in. I called doctor office and they tried telling CVS and CVS still wouldn't fill it :( then Everytime you go in to pick up a prescription your waiting a half hour to hour in line.

Terrifically terrible pharmacy. Typically fail to have common type2 diabetes medications. Don't communicate when they won't be able to fill a scrip, even after days of inquiries. They suck.

It's always the same situation. Unconscious bias and a fight for a refill. They do it for my meds and when it comes to my daughter's ADHD meds. We're all treated like we're drug seeking instead of someone trying to live normal life.

Horrible. I don’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone!! We went to pick up my father’s meds at the Bridge Street location. We got there about 12:45 pm. They go to lunch at 1:30pm. There was a line of a few people. When it got to our turn it was right about 1:00. The clerk who came to check us out was rude, arrogant and talked down to us. I asked if they had a savings coupon for one of the meds that insurance doesn’t cover. She said no and wouldn’t even go look…which their commercials state that is something that they pride themselves on doing. So since she wouldn’t help, I found one on my phone. She didn’t want to even put that in. I asked her to clarify that I gave her the correct info for the coupon….she bit my head off and said that she didn’t have time to help me because it was almost time to go to lunch. It wasn’t even 1:15 by this point. So I yelled at her and said that that was not my problem because I waited in line for my turn. She told me that I needed to be respectful of the employees’ lunch break. She still had 15 minutes. After everything was said and done, we left there at 1:21 pm. She still had plenty of time before her precious lunch as it was still 9 minutes away. Her behavior was shameful. I wish I had thought to get her name as I would have reported her to their corporate office. I could see her being upset over lunch if I had walked in at 1:29 pm. Needless to say, I have transferred all our scripts back to Kroger. Nobody beats their customer service!

Went through the drive thru, gave them my name and dob and they said there was nothing for me. Had to call my doctors office just for her to tell me they have my refills but didn’t have them ready for pickup. So I called cvs to ask for myself again if they were there and they AGAIN told me there was nothing, I asked about the refills I was told were there and the same lady that was in the drive thru got an attitude and said “Yeah We have your refills but there’s nothing ready.” So I asked why she told me there was “nothing” twice instead of letting me know I had refills there but they weren’t ready yet. And even after my doctor and I had called I specifically had to ask her to get them ready when they already should have been ready days ago anyhow. Disrespectful and lazy, make sure you ask them if you have refills, because going through and asking if you have prescriptions isn’t good enough lol.

My brother had an appointment to get his booster for his covid vaccine at CVS ON WESTERN we made the appointment two weeks ago they've emailed her three times to verify the appointment and she had to check in 15 minutes ahead of time for the appointment only to walk up to the counter and be told they're out of vaccines and have been sense BEFORE she even scheduled the appointment. So my mother asked why did they even allowed her to pick this location or email her to notify cancel or reschedule if they didn't have any vaccines when the woman at the counter very rudely stated "I don't know that's a good question for corporate" the lady didn't even apologize or try to figure out something to right the situation (like call the other cvs on bridge that has the vaccine I know because I was at CVS on bridge at the same exact time) she was rude and dismissive absolutely worst customer service my mother has ever experienced! On top of all that my mother is high risk for getting covid and if she did it would kill her so she took my brother who's a minor and risked her life just to be talked to disrespectfully beacuse she's there for an appointment that was SCHEDULED.. CVS on bridge was polite very friendly and fast. So I guess long story short if your getting your vaccine at CVS I recommend you go to bridge street.

To the woman who took my call over at the pharmacy: learn better phone etiquette. I'm so sorry I bothered you and interrupted your fabulous and exciting day with my car. Also, for anyone going through the drive-thru for your prescriptions, expect to sit in your car for ten to thirty minites.
