I went in to the Chillicothe location trying to switch providers and also get a discounted rate for having EBT and Medicaid. Both Jeremy and Lacy helped me figure it all out along with some other complications. They killed it. They’re both very good at what they’re doing and couldn’t have been more helpful. The five stars goes completely to them and their customer service skills. Thanks guys. Keep doing what y’all are doing!

Store employees are nice but company is desperate for money. Anytime you contact support it's an AI. And companies policies seem to change daily.Also all devices bought are locked to the carrier with requirements to unlock that involve months of continuous service. Even if you request an unlocked device it is impossible for employees to provide.

I started my account last month and was told my hill was 100 but they texted me saying I owed 148. I left before cause they lied to me at this store but cake back cause cricket works and is cheap. The guy with tattoos fixed my account and assured me that the issue was resolved and I'm thankful for him. He showed me that I can use the app to be sure that my plan is correct.

I switched to Cricket and im telling you it was the best choice i could have ever made!!60 dollars for Unlimited EVERYTHING with HBO Max included..With me getting food stamps i signed up on the ACP plan and it took 30.00 off my bill now is 30.00 dollars..Jeremy was sooo much help and always smiling and willing to help at all times..Customer service is a 10!!!!!

Can’t ever reach them by phone, why??
I need a few question answered befor I drive twent miles one way. Tried many times to call the 740 779 1100 number and never an answere so I just don’t know about a business that I can’t reach by phone, especially a phone co.
Go figure I guess.

Jeremy is a great sales rep. For the store my family and I have known him for a long time and have had service through cricket for a long time. Jeremy has always helped my family and myself to the fullest. Jeremy is a good dude to get any help needed with phone service or phones through the store.
