Bought a 2012 equinox at Chillicothe Coughlin. Paid around 8000 for it. Less than 3 months later a serious problem with it cost me over 3600 to fix or the motor would not be any good. This was nothing I did. Apparently this is not an unknown issue with the Equinox. I understand the as is ,what about good customer service. I am sooo unhappy with this purchase. This has been the worst buying experience in my life.

I've always had a great experience at the Chillicothe location. I can't say the same for circleville as I have had nothing but frustration and stress with them. Alan in service and his service crew have been amazing and I will continue to drive a 2hr round trip for all my services to have them take care or me! I also purchased my 2019 Truck there and my experience when I bought my truck was also great.

Wish I could give 0. They had my truck for almost 3 months waiting on a repair to the bottom end. After being told SEVERAL times this fix would fix my oil consumption issue and the rest of the motor was perfect and still looked new they insisted the truck didn't need a new motor under warranty that was nearly out. Since now July(roughly 2-3 months after the truck came back) my truck has been using 5 quarts of oil minimum between oil changes and now is using around 12 quarts of oil between changes. Tried to call coughlins for them to make it right and they pretty much told us it's your baby we don't warranty our work if we did it under warranty. My truck now needs a new motor that i will have to pay out of pocket after it should have got it the first time but their service managers are to incompetent!!!

Service manager quickly found that the van has an uncommon transmission (8 speed). Stated service would be more expensive (expected). Did quick work after that and put the new, updated fluid in it. Shifts better now. Overall very pleased.

Kristen was an exceptional salesperson! I live about an hour away from the dealership and really wanted to get some numbers ran on my new truck to make sure i could confidently move forward with the purchase without having to drive an hour. Kristen did just this and once I got there the process was quick and easy. No games, very transparent, and I now have exactly the truck I was looking for.

I recently purchased a new 2023 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from Coughlin Chevrolet in Chillicothe. I found the truck by searching the Chevrolet website and it was the color and build I was looking for. I picked up the phone and made a call to the dealership. Luckily, James Benner picked up the phone and the negotiation began. I explained to James that I had a trade-in and lived about an hour and a half from them and didn't want to make the drive, if I felt there was no deal to be made. James responded that he understood where I was coming from and we proceeded to make the deal over the phone. When I got to the dealership, everything was as we had agreed to over the phone. No games, add-ons or surprises. Truly, one of the easiest deals I have ever made on a new car purchase! It was great working with James and would highly recommend him and Coughlin Chevrolet. If you're looking for a new Chevrolet, give James a call!

We don't get "excited" about new vehicle purchases. The process is often time consuming and frustrating. Our sales consultant, Kristen Rastle secured a quick and fair value on our trade and made the over all process very pleasant. Mark Hixon was very efficient with the finance portion of the process as well.

Everything was fine but my tires were not properly inflated, one had 36 lbs of pressure another 34 another 32 and the other 26. And if you are supposed to check brakes and all that then why did my brakes go out coming home.?

Suspicious that tire rotation was not done-tire/rim with a slow leak did not change position; took entire day to do an oil change; transmission filter change not done due to sickness of qualified employee, understandable.

I came in for routine service. Scheduled online, then had a confirmation phone call afterwards. Every employee that I've ever run across at my Coughlin's, Chillicothe visits has been very friendly and professional! Comfortable waiting area.

My 2013 Chevy Cruze was really running bad and we took it to Coughlin. They found the problem quickly and then had it fixed the same day. It is now running as well as it did when I first purchased it. I am the only owner of this Cruze and would like to keep it for a very long time. Thanks Coughlin for fixing my baby.
