I take my truck there for service. The dude at the desk couldn’t be nicer. My only complaint would be that they’re a bit careless with feet and greasy hand placements. Every time I take it there they leave footprints on the plastic on the rocker panels for getting in and out. You can get in a vehicle without putting your dirty feet on the rocker panel there’s no need for that. They also leave their greasy fingerprints on the hood and door from opening and closing them (black vehicle) Other than that they’re great.

Overall, experience was fine. I was disappointed to notice that my tires were not rotated. My tires also needed air and that was not done either. The receipt that I was given states that the tires were rotated, retrained, air pressure checked, etc. I specifically checked the box for tire rotation when scheduling my appt. I have always taken my cars to this dealership to be serviced and this makes me wonder if my tires have ever been rotated or other services completed. I may consider taking my vehicle elsewhere in the future.
