When I addressed that their policy is ridiculously more expensive than others for the same coverage, no cares we're given and just told this is the best price I could get. $200 a month for one car, owned by a woman with no accidents, no tickets, and is over 25 and that has been on their policy for nearly 3 years.

All- State has been a great choice for my insurance needs. I find it very affordable and customer care has been no less than exceptional. I have not had any accidents or claims so this review is based solely on the agencies customer service and professionalism. I don't think agents get much, if any better than Brian Zurface at the office located at 1620 N Bridge St Ste A, Chillicothe, OH. If you're looking for affordable insurance and a great agent stop in or give him a call.

I thought the agent was pushy and didn't take the time to answer my questions. The agent rushed the solutions to my questions about my auto policy in a way that I did not understand the answer.

I called to cancel this scam insurance I spoke to Brian himself and he said it was taken care of later that night I was charged again by the scam artists known as Allstate when I called their corporate they told me Brian had failed to cancel my policy or even put any notes in regarding my desire to end my insurance with them. If you need insurance in Ross county especially Allstate I recommend Stockton Hill insurance in Kingston.
