This place is a great place to work out, no judgment and they make you feel like you belong. It's very clean with great equipment and they have plenty of classes that you can take. Best gym I've been to!!!!

I see a massage therapist there who has a office at this location. Her name is diane and she is absolutely wonderful! I will continue to see her and would recommend her to EVERYONE!

People that work here help you understand the machines what you are working and how the machine works. I have always worked out with free weights but I’m getting into these machines. They also have a rowing machine the other gym I went to did away with the rowing machine year’s ago. Thanks
