“This is a photo of one of the brake pads that Tansky/Kevins Service in Logan called "half life" when they sent me on my way. They claimed the only grinding I could be hearing must be coming from my EXHAUST (lol). Thank God I came across Cheadles Automotive when searching for a second opinion. These guys had my car fixed and ready for pickup within hours of me dropping it off, and even helped me explore a few other concerns I had about the vehicle. Turns out my brake pads were not at "half life" and in fact were ready to FALL OUT as apparently one of them actually did ! If you are in the Chillicothe region and need work done on a vehicle, go HERE! These guys are life savers (literally). Pricing is reasonable and service is top tier. Brandon and his crew will be performing all my vehicle's maintenance and repairs from now on :-)”

“This owner is amazing. Called him with a flat tire on the side of the road no spare. His only tow truck was in Columbus and he was at home but took it upon himself to come out an take the tire off, took my fiance to Walmart to replace the tire an brought him back and put the tire back on. Even had to make a special trip back to his house for another tool because the lug nuts were stuck.he really went above an beyond to help us.”

“It's a great place to buy foreign parts. However I feel like the staff is under knowledged and sometimes bothered by your calls. It's really hard to get a call back about a part or an answer on the phone about 1 it's kind of turning me against this place. I don't know what happened to customer service in this world?”
“I was traveling from North Myrtle Beach to Chicago. My timing chain was done. I stopped at Marks shop and let me tell you. What a great bunch of guys. I had an estimate and when my car was finished it turns out the labor wasn't what they thought it would be. Cost was considerably under estimate. They could have charged me the estimate and I would never have know. These guys have integrity. How awesome to find genuine and honest people. Thank you for getting me back on the road. I arrived in time for my daughters visit to Chicago. Wether you are traveling or I am sure a local. This is the place to go. Thanks again you guys. Oh! The work is top notch!”

“Needed towed (found out dealers fault why I needed it) but they were there within 15 minutes of my call, sadly got a call to a car accident but took the key to my vehicle so I didn't have to wait around and came back and got it and delivered it to my mechanic. “I take my truck there for service. The dude at the desk couldn’t be nicer. My only complaint would be that they’re a bit careless with feet and greasy hand placements. Every time I take it there they leave footprints on the plastic on the rocker panels for getting in and out. You can get in a vehicle without putting your dirty feet on the rocker panel there’s no need for that. They also leave their greasy fingerprints on the hood and door from opening and closing them (black vehicle) Other than that they’re great.”
“Didn't cost me a thing. They found no problems with my truck, I couldn't find any either. If and when I find the problem I think I have, I will return to this store to have it fixed. Unless I die in a fiery ball of bent metal because they didn't find anything. For clarification, it was my front-end suspension and a "grinding" noise.”
