“Driving in a high wind storm, a trash can blew out in front of my Honda on a highway and I hit it head on causing a moderate amount of damage to my front end.My insurance recommended Monroe’s in Chillicothe for the repairs, so that’s why I chose.They done an excellent job with time and quality and even cleaned my car afterwards. It's really hard to get a call back about a part or an answer on the phone about 1 it's kind of turning me against this place. I don't know what happened to customer service in this world?”

“Everyone working the evening before the solar eclipse totally made our night! We were moments away from leaving to watch the solar eclipse in Northern Ohio, and our car had some minor issues pop up that made us nervous. They didn’t hesitate to come help us make sense of our vehicle and needs, and didn’t make us feel dumb for not really knowing what we were doing (or judging us for how dirty our cabin air filter was… it was very overdue for a change!). We troubleshooted some things until we found what we needed, and were on our way good as new in minutes!”

“We had a flat tire on our grandson's stroll. We went to a filling station to air up the tire and the stem had retracted into the tire. We saw the O'Reilly across the street and thought we would give them a try. It was close to closing time and they were SO HELPFUL!! The clerk went to the back, got an air pump, attached it to his motorcycle and pumped up the tire. I asked him if we could reimburse him for his help and he refused saying, "it's for the baby!" I wish I had gotten their names, but fantastic customer service!!”

Stopped in to let the technicians take a look at the windshield, Jason and Levi both looked at the windshield and Levi was able to make the repair the same day!! Levi and Jason were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service to complete the repair and get me back on my way!”
“The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I went there for an oil change it was so much cheaper than anywhere else I've ever been and my car uses synthetic oil which is expensive. When I went to cash out I couldn't believe how much I saved. I then went to get into my car and they even vacuumed the front floor boards I was in shock. I got out and asked the guy that worked there standing outside if they do that he said yes they do they even put in windshield wiper fluid they do it all. It literally made me cry. Best oil change experience I've ever had. I will definitely continue to go to this Walmart in Chillicothe for oil changes. Excellent staff and wonderful work.”
