I have used the Advanced Storage on Pylyes Lane 2 times in the past 2 yrs, this being the 2nd time, the price, cleanliness
& availability is great. I feel safe when ever I'm there by myself because of the locked gate, needing a code to enter, & the surveillance of the property. The location is also a plus. They are very helpful & honest when it comes to the payments. I had made the mistake of making 2 payments at 1 time, I was notified & reimbursed for the extra payment also when it comes time for the deposit to be returned, it was returned in the time I was told. The rules & regulations are all common responsibilities.
I recommend Advanced Storage Facilities to anyone needing to safely store their personal belongings.

for reference, we utilized their storage unit location on Plyleys Lane and not this one here on Renick. however, this was one of the best experiences i’ve ever had working with a business. facilities were easily accessible, clean, and modern. the customer service was also exceptional - prompt responses, helpful employees, and overall great experience. if we ever needed a storage unit again, they would be my first pick.

This company had to come in and fix the mess up affordable air has done and these guys are amazing!!!! Very thoughtful and meticulous and look over everything!!! I wish I had called them initially!!!!

I had a water leak from my hot water tank. Called many people to come out but couldn't get to me for a week or so. Advanced services was able to come out the next day. They worked with Servpro and was able to put in a tankless hot water tank within a day Because I wasn't going to have another electric hot water tank, as this one was my second one in 10 years. Then Servpro was able to get to their job. With the tankless hot water tank my electric bill has come down 53%! And propane bill only 11.00 a month! Great people to work with, they answer the phone without a dial one for this or dial 2 for this. Denny did a great job explaining everything to me and if I have any questions they can answer. Great company to work with. Tankless was a little bit more than I wanted to pay for but with the savings on my electric bill it was well worth it.

Our experience has always been one of timeliness, helpfulness, ease of access to our unit, cleanliness & no standing water or rodents in our stuff. This is a GREAT company for our storage needs!
