I like the fact that CVS sends me %'s off in my email's to help with buying items. The store is always clean and helpful and has the products I come in for in stock.

Waited 3 days after the prescriptions had been sent in by the doctor to receive an automated phone call confirmation that all were ready for pick up.
However, when I arrived one had not/could not be filled for another week or more.
The cashier advised that other locations had it in stock but it could not be brought to their location and they couldn’t tell the other location to sell it to me.
Last time I was at this location, the lady in line in front of me was complaining about the very same issue.
It seems to be a chronic issue at this location.

I am redacting my previous review. My complaint was handled in less than 30 minutes! The staff at CVS on Harrison, they do care!

This will sound like a broken record since I’ve read similar reviews.. Emergency services sent in my prescription which wasn’t reviewed by the staff. I drove to the pharmacy the next morning and they couldn’t even locate the order. After a long search ? it was in the system which obviously no one examined. I’m driving back and forth (with double pneumonia) as they have no method of contact with their customers. Pathetic customer service and evidently horrible management. Good luck if you really need a prescription filled.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have tried to call 4 times and they put me on hold for over 20 minuets each time without even talking to me, I can hear them pick up the phone every now and then and they just put me on hold again. I have only been talked to once and that was with the front of store where they told me I should just come in because they probably just wont pick up the phone for me, but I can't because I work (shocker like most people do) so have to be able to call and have someone else pick up my medication. This is completely ridiculous and they have made it so I have gone 15 day without my very important medication. I will not recommend this story to anyone at this point not even my worst enemies.

First time getting a prescription from my doctor sent here. So when I called to check if my prescription was stock the guy who picked up was really efficient and had me come in and make sure I was taken care of! I found a coupon and it was a good quick in and out! ? Shoutout to them!

Wish I could give a 0 star review, I work for a dental office and we had to call in some prescriptions for a patient in pain- I waited on hold for 20 minutes (which isn’t the problem I understand the pharmacy gets busy) for the woman to answer and I asked if I could call in two prescriptions, she asked “can you send them electronically?” I let her know I had no way to, and she said “okay, hold on”, she didn’t place me on hold it sounded like she just left me on the counter and then she ended up hanging up the phone. I called back and she immediately answered and hung up- I called from a different phone and she hung up again. Completely unprofessional and unfortunate that my patient had to then come out of their way to get the prescriptions. Will stay away from this pharmacy/store and advise everyone else does, too.

Worst pharmacy ever. They always tell me it’s too soon to refill my prescriptions, even if my doctor calls a new one in. They are extraordinarily rude. Switched my meds back to the one in Silverton. Haven’t had one single problem with getting even automatic refills taken care of. They are so friendly and eager to help. If you call the one in Cheviot, they are so rude and inconvenienced. You can tell the one lady six times why you are calling and she still asks you what you’re calling about.

Don’t bother with this store. We showed up at 8pm to get my fiancé’s prescription. Was told it wasn’t quite ready however the lady at the drive through window said it’d be ready that night. They had an hour to close. We pull back to the drive through window at 8:35. There were two cars in front. It took till 9:01 for the two cars in front of us to leave and when we went to the window THREE PEOPLE STARED AT US AND LEFT. Disgusting. Clearly they don’t care. I get it, it’s late and you want to go home. If we hadn’t been sitting there the whole time I wouldn’t have cared. Can’t go into the store either! Every time we go in to pick up something from the pharmacy no one says anything. So you’re SOL either way. Thanks for nothing?

One star because you can’t give less. I went in to transfer a prescription to this location from CVS Caremark, the mail order version of CVS. I spoke to the person behind the counter, they go and speak to someone else and come back and tell me that they’re too busy, I need to go to another pharmacy. What the heck kind of customer service is that.
