Dr. Pappas is one of a few avian vets in the area and she is my choice for my African Gray parrot. The staff are all very friendly. There is rarely anyone in the lobby and I always go directly into the exam room upon arrival. Read her profile on their website and you'll see that she's an accomplished and amazing person.

We've been taking our dogs there for years. Dr Pappas has always been a wonderful Vet to our dogs. She is also very compassionate when the time comes to say goodbye to your fur baby. All the staff is truly wonderful.

Our cat Tux just had a bunch of teeth removed and the staff was very helpful and took great care of her and made sure she was pain free as possible.

While I never made it to the actual vet service I had a very unpleasant experience trying to book an appointment. I was honest that I was seeking the appointment because my original vet was out of town and was told that they wouldn’t have scheduled the appointment had they known that. Does the animal not come first? Canceled the appointment and will go elsewhere.

I won't go back. I took in three birds, so I already expected a costly visit, but charging me $65.00 to snip off a leg band off of one bird, which took all of 5 seconds to do, was enough for me. And they were rescue birds.In addition, there was a problem with one bird's beak. He was suffering from arthritis in his jaws and throughout his body that was completely missed.I knew something wasn't right, so months later, I took him to another avian vet, who immediately knew what the problem was. He was given pain medication, and his beak was reshaped.

Great vet!They have this awful bird in the lobby that stresses the cats (and us) out beyond belief as it doesn’t stop screaming.But aside from that it’s an excellent vet and they’re good to the cats. Highly recommend you go here if you’re local

Came back from vacation and my dog was sick. The vet got me the day I called and took very good care of my little guy. He's much better now. Can't say enough about the great care all my pets get here.

It's all started when my dog was having a dry cough. They gave him antibiotics and told me to come back in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later still coughing and his skin was dry and flaky, gave him steroids. Again told me to come back in 2 weeks. What I did, I took my dog for second opinion to an old vet in Bedford HTS, he got diagnosed with hypothyroidism just in 1 appointment. I'm so mad and disappointed with west G vet clinic:(
