I came to the US, and I needed to post two Items, so I went to this post ? office. They have a beautiful space with lots of parking spaces, and the location is easily accessible. Their customer service is excellent, and they are professional. The lady who attended to me was sweet, friendly, and soft-spoken. I was captivated and endeared to her unusual calmness, sense of humour and joyous spirit. Please go to the post office; her demeanour is therapeutic and comforting.

This is the BEST post office in the area. I live in Chardon, but I ALWAY call the Chesterland branch. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially Dan. He knows his stuff and is very patient in answering questions.

The woman working the counter lost her temper with customers who did nit have masks who were vaccinated. She actually screamned at them.

Went to discuss a package that was delivered to my home with a large orange sticker 4x4 on the package that read†don't not leave in mailbox, do not leave in sun, perishable item†well where do you think my perishable item was located.... in the mailbox on a 90 degree day, so my item was garbage! Then she had the nerve to cop an attitude, I never asked for a refund, just wanted to file a complaint, she basically blamed the company and me, apparently she has a home mailbox monitor at her home for days at work, I do not have that luxury but did have a large orange sticker telling you where NOT to put it! The employee was rude, sarcastic and outright disrespectful, not any kind of apology. Thank you for the money down the drain and a gift basket missing part of its contents. I will be informing every company I deal with not to ship usps and be treated that way again!
