Absolutely horrible. My mother has been asking for a refill on one of her meds over and over again, and our pharmacy has asked twice now. The doctor and staff are just shuffling you through here. These are the bottom-of-the-barrel medical employees. Do better all the way around. People shouldn't have to beg over and over again just to get their medications. It's frustrating let alone patronizing your elderly clients.

Some of them are nice but don’t bother going here. They’ll give you all kinds of run arounds. Waste your time, and you still won’t feel any better. Oh and also they’re out of the office from 11:30-130. ALL OF THEM. Not a single person who can help with ANYTHING during that time. Definitely changing my primary care away from this UH.

Absolutely the worst attitudes. Is anyone managing this place? Walked in waited for 30 minutes - walked right out. Front desk girl was apparently bothered we made her talk and/or work. Will never go back! Go to Chardon or Mayfield please don’t waist your time.

Convenient and quick. In and out in a half hour during prime flu season. Lauren is a wonderful CNP and Dayana was friendly and thoughtful. Would highly recommend to anyone in Chesterland area that needs a quick walk in visit. Can also schedule online and save even more time. Visited again 2 days later for granddaughter. Just as good with her. Extremely kind and patient. The PA, Liz, was great. My granddaughter loved her.

am a patient of Dr. Harmat, and besides regular visits, have used the convenient care and have been helped by Dr. Levan. The staff is absolutely top notch, including nurse practitioner Allison who treated me today. Won't think of going anyplace else. They help me get well.

My aunt was there and the service was absolutely HORRID!!! Firstly, the employees acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. Secondly, it was very unsanitary, and I’m all about sanitation. I would’ve packed my aunt’s belongings and left already if it weren’t for the fact that my aunt wasn’t even able to go to the bathroom by herself, so why would she be able leave by herself? I hope that anyone who has the slightest bit of common sense does not go here, you will have a much worse experience than having a baby.

Dr. Levan is my (PCP). I have been her patient for 2 years. Started with at Metrohealth Family Medicine. She is a loving person a caring person and she is a very professional doctor. Dr. Levan takes time to hear her patient's problems and takes time to find the solution. Dr. Levan gives attention to all details of her patients. I am so happy to have such a doctor.
