Best wine store ive ever been to and Ive been around the world, Joe is the best. Ask for him when you stop in and you will not be dissappointed with his courtesy and knowledge of wine selection. Does not try to oversell you but will let you know from his personal experience which wines offer the most bang for the buck. Im right across the street from him at our comic shop and they are my go to place on the way to work

Had been there a couple of times over the past few years, good selection but higher prices - staff always friendly and helpful. Recently visited and the clerk was a real jerk, I mentioned the prices were even higher - "Everything is higher." was his response. Noticed a 2% charge for using a credit card, his response, "Everyone's doing it." WRONG! I'll patronize the many stores that DON'T DO IT and not have to deal with that guy again.

If possible go to the Mentor location. Much better trained and more helpful staff than the location in Chesterland. I stop out of convenience but every time I do I'm reminded that yes it is better to spend money elsewhere.

This place is amazing! We were in town visiting family and had such a great time that we contacted Red,Wine,& Brew to put together a gift basket for our wonderful hosts. Jeff, the general manager, who answered the phone was more than happy to help. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and offered great suggestions and knocked it out of the park. My aunt and uncle were very impressed. It had a very personable touch. The store, staff and management definitely make this a place to remember the next time we visit. I stopped in this store after a round of golf at at nearby golf course and my experience was TERRIBLE and VERY OFFENSIVE. I'm a 51 year old African American and the Indian store owner followed me throughout the entire store like he thought I came there to steal or rob him. He needs to have a sign on the door that says "Black people aren't welcome here." I'll do my cigar shopping online before I ever step foot in this racist establishment again.
