Very Rude . After a disappointed customer left their store. The lady that was waiting on me yelled "She hates the people in this township" she continued to rant how everyone was so damn rude. After that remark I left telling her I don't want to give her my business. People spend a lot of money trying to shop local. It's businesses like this that is why people go elsewhere.

Steven and Jamie the owners have become my family’s go to jewelers. They have an awesome selection of new and estate jewelry and are always a great price. The best part is Steven can custom make anything you need and is truly an artist. I highly recommend them!

Got my necklace as a gift and I love it, however the last 2 times I have tried to visit the in person store to get the necklace polished and repaired, it seems the place isn’t open. Did this place close down? Slightly disappointed that I couldn’t get my necklace fixed

Most pleasant experience I ever had with a business. The owner and his wife work well together and both are super friendly. They did a new setting on my wife’s wedding ring with 2 additional stones that turned out spectacular! I didn’t feel over charged ,it was worth every penny. I hope to see them again soon

Steve and Jamie worked with me to make custom wings for my grandkids and I. These wings have the aches of my daughter melted into the silver. They were very understanding and had patience with me. They are engraved on the back and stones on the wings. Beautiful workman ship. Everyone that has seen them are amazed. Top quality work. Wonderful and loving couple.

Steven assisted me in selecting a new setting for diamonds which had been my mother’s. He did a magnificent job resetting them into a beautiful new ring. Beyond my expectations!Steven and his wife Jamie are wonderful to work with. We were so pleased that we returned to purchase a gorgeous gold dinner ring which Steven told us was the last piece made by his father.John and I highly recommend this talented couple and will be returning!

I am so happy with my ring. Several places said they couldn’t fix the cracks. Steven not only fixed it, he made it look better than it ever has. This is a family heirloom, it is so special to me. I can’t thank you enough for preserving this ring!

Very fast turn around time on my repair. He did the work on site, he let me stay and wait. The other place I had gone to gave me a 6-8 week time frame & they send my ring somewhere. I just don’t trust that.

I received excellent service with Jamie - personal and knowledgable. I had a necklace shortened and am very happy with the results in terms of timing, quality, and cost. She also helped me find some earring back solutions for a particularly delicate pair of earring posts I have, and consulted on one other repair I was considering and gave me an honest assessment that did not result in them doing the work. It was a pleasure and I will definitely come back for other needs as a result of this experience. Thanks

It was my first time at this store and I was looking to fix a thin chain necklace. The owner was super nice and within a few minutes fixed the chain, and didn't even charge me. The store is beautiful, with great selection. I'll definitely choose to shop at Prestige the next time we're jewelry shopping!

My ring looks great! The prongs it came with were rounded and I never cared for them. Now they are sleek and show more of the stone. It is a whole new look and I can’t believe it looks this good. So happy now.
