This is the worst auction house I have ever dealt with. Made a payment for a lot that I won several months ago and never received the item. Was not contacted at all and never once were any of my many emails returned. This auction house has my money and my items. I hope no one uses this company because this guys jESSE is not an honest or decent man.

My experience with this auction were all positive, from bidding on a well-described item to the quick in-house shipping at competitive rates. I would not hesitate to bid again.

Paid for a lot nearly a year ago and paid for shipping “don” who is recommended by premier anc now neither auction house nor the shipper “Don” will pick up a call,answer messages or emails.. worse experience ..loss of time and money . ?

Bought a vase at March 26, 2022 auction. Paid Premier Auction Galleries for shipping. They sent the vase to the wrong address/ wrong state. Promised reimbursement for shipping. Called several times. Last call June 1, 2022 and spoke with Mike Matthews who promised check would be mailed. It is June 29, 2022 and still waiting.

Premier Auction Galleries helped my family downsize and sell antiques that have been handed down to us. I received very accurate quotes on what items would sell for and they picked up items and sold them in a timely matter. They gave us great recommendations for what to do with items that they did not sell for us. I would highly recommend them.

Pleasant enough people but disorganized on the business side. Despite repeated requests I was never able to get them to fix an error on an invoice and consequently never got the items. They don't respond to emails sometimes and their website is often down.

I've been collecting for fine art and antiques for over 15 years now and there's few houses as pleasant to work with as Premier Auction Galleries. Every transaction big or small has been seamless. Last week I bought something in their Winter auction and two days later it was on my front porch impeccably wrapped. Jesse Mathews and family have truly cultivated an auction experience that you won't want to miss.

Buyers be very cautious bidding online. Descriptions are often wrong as I don't think they have any experts on staff. I unfortunately bought a few items and nothing was made by the manufacturer they claimed.
