I think Perrino has a good selection and spends time to be sure the purchase is correct for our floor plan. Overall I am happy with my furniture and the fabric choices. I purchased a sofa, love seat and chair this spring. It was a major investment for me. When furnishings were delivered, I did not accept one piece because of an oil-like smudge. Perrino staff had told me they inspected it before it was sent out and I can't imagine they did not see the smudge. They understood I would not accept it. I would have appreciated some contact from Perrino with an estimate of the timing of the replacement item. After two weeks I contacted them; I was given "next week" which was not accurate. The only follow up I got from Perrino was when I initiated it. I waited a full 4 weeks for the replacement piece. I agreed to a delivery date and that day they were unable to deliver, although they did not notify me until after 2:00 pm. I had made arrangements for someone to be home. The second delivery was scheduled for a Friday, again I made arrangements, but they delivered on Thursday. While a family member was home on Thursday it was unexpected and difficult. I like my furnishing and the selection; however, I expect better customer service on major purchases.

We had a good experience building with Pat Perrino and his team. Pat is very creative and has a great sense of design. He designed and built our dream home. His team was organized, easy to work with, and paid attention to the details. In addition to building the house, we bought most of our furniture at his store. I highly recommend working with him on your dream home.

Perrino built our house in 2014. Perrino provides the best value and service. During the build, the design team was extremely helpful in understanding our style and helping us plan the design. 5 years later, we continue to have no issues with the house. We recommend Perrino if you're looking for a home builder.

All of our first floor furniture was dated, but we really had no idea what would work in each room. We enjoyed walking through the showroom and Chelsea, one of their interior designers discussed the design process with us and then came to our home. We were very impressed with how thorough she was in taking measurements (windows, doorways, radiators) and noting our color and style preferences. She came up with a master plan that enabled us to do a bit at a time. As for the furniture that we have bought - we love all the pieces - couch, ottoman, leather recliner and kitchen chairs. Given that my husband is 14†taller than I am, finding furniture that can accommodate both of us proved a challenge, but Chelsea managed it. Good quality, attractive and reasonable prices - what more could one ask for?
