Crazy amazing service!!!!! Scott is phenomenal and even was even willing to bring his dog for some specific training a while back! It was incredibly helpful! Had to ask them to come out again 18 months later since my Weim was jumping an interior fence. Brilliant work around! Honestly couldn’t write enough great things. Justin also came in the most recent visit and was a phenomenal problem solver!

Aaron came out to install Invisible Fence in a yard that had some tricky spots but he did a great job working around it to keep our dog safely in our yard. He easily showed us how the system works and walked our dog through the first training. Great experience and thrilled to have Invisible Fence at our new home.
We had our second training with Angie today. She was great to work with and was able to answer all my questions. She brought her dog to distract ours which I loved since we have a quiet neighborhood.

My other company never got back to me about upgrading and modifying my current system. Invisible fence was able to offer a solution that worked for me and keep my dogs safe. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was when you call them you're talking to a call center in a different state and you're not able to speak to the local office. Also a sales person tried to give me a quote for rewiring over the phone without ever seeing my property or knowing what changes I wanted to make. With my work schedule and the 6 hour window they give you for a technician to come out and meet with you, it took 3 weeks for the work to actually get done. They sent a different technician and I had to explain everything all over again. He did a nice job though.

Aaron was terrific to work with. Very thorough analysis of our "neutral break" and a great explanation of how the system works. And he fixed th problem of course. Well worth the service contract. IF has always been responsive to us for last 20 years or so through 2 generations of dogs

We love working with Invisible Fence, Jonathan was our tech who was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable!!… He listened to what we needed, and it was almost like he was reading our mind. When he was done, he had us check to make sure we had everything covered. We knew he had a long day ahead of him. It was hot out there, but he took the time to make sure that we understood where all the wires were, where they were reconnected for us, you could tell he enjoyed what he was doing. He checked on our collars that we had for our puppy to make sure we had batteries and he got us set up on that plan.We truly appreciated his friendliness and help!

they closed ALL stores locations in
OHIO!! Now you have to mail everything in by the mean time you dogs left with collar they don’t care
You are paying ALL shipping costs even for parts under warranty like your dog collar website still saying that they are open!! they want you to make a service call for 180$ to reprogram the dog collar under warranty!! not updated website!! still saying they have chesterland location when it permanently closed claiming that everyone are working on a field !!

Aaron was fantastic. He came to find the problem in the wire in our very large yard. He found a few problem areas and expertly repaired them. After he left he actually came back because he wanted to check one more thing. Very conscientious and knowledgeable.
