A great shopping experience! Grocery stores are all pretty much the same, except for product freshness and customer service. This store had both categories 10/10. We couldn’t find an obscure item and an employee noticed our searching and tracked it down for us all the while thanking us for shopping there. Definitely recommend!

Pretty disappointed with the pharmacy. Was met with frustrated employees, pharmacist included, on multiple occasions. Maybe frustrated with me, maybe with the job, who knows. Just generally unpleasant. Seems like a totally different experience if you're an older person. Young adults should be treated with the same respect and patience. As a former employee and long-time customer, it's left me seriously disappointed. I've taken my business to Drug Mart.

Remember the old Convenient stores? They weren’t great but they had stuff. Well Giant Eagle in Chesterland is like they put two of those stores together and call it Giant Eagle. Bainbridge GE and Solon at least try and keep up with the times. The workers are nice though.

I called the bakery to special order a birthday cake! I ordered and paid for 10 extra roses I got 6 all very skimpy! She said they closed at 6 got there before 6 they were already closed so no one to make it right or give a refund for flowers not given! Very disappointed!
