“Excellent service! My first visit I met Alec, I explained my mom needed a bed but was on oxygen and it’s hard to get her places. My mom my daughter and myself were buying new beds. I was directed to many mattresses and wasn’t pushed to ones out of my budget. I finally thought I found the one but wanted to sleep on the old one once more to make sure. I came back and was greeted by Cameron with a warm smile and helping attitude. I confirmed I indeed wanted the one I thought and would be up again with mom and daughter. My third trip what earns Cameron 10 starts is he propped the door open as I was getting my mom out of the car! We don’t receive that type of help often and it meant a lot. “We purchased a new TV from Mentor TV and had them install it on the brick above the fireplace in our home. The professional installers were Paul and Sam. They did an outstanding job. Paul and Sam were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They had to install wire mold to conceal the wiring. We were very pleased with the final appearance. They covered our flooring with protective pads during the install and removed all packaging when complete.
