Timothy Covert is rude and vulgar. I received a vulgar email out of nowhere cussing me out for no reason at all. unproffesional at the least and borderline assault at the most. I would absolutely never buy anything from this company... EVER!

As a facility manager I have used Sparky on various electrical projects for over eleven years. He was able to diagnose complex issues that seemed impossible to others. Appointments are kept. Phone calls are quickly returned and his workers are highly skilled. He has always resolved our issues quickly and professionally and I highly recommend him.

Please see the attached photo. This is after one email. Simply sending images of my house asking to see if business could possibly be completed. States that there is no contact information... I am pretty sure email and a name is contact information and at least a good place to start. Not exactly a stand up company. Glad I didn't do business with this guy. Didn't even have a good initial experience so good luck with anyone that goes further than that with them.

worst customer service i have ever experienced. rude and abrasive lying behavior- making false claims. i can only image how the management must be after this kind of treatment. only buy here if you want poor rude customer service. overpriced and undermanaged is the best you will find here.

What a terrible company, very rude, have no problems using bad language at customers, all talk and no action kind of person. Knowingly selling a fake Royal Doulton Item on ebay for 1500 dollars. Terrible. People like this should be banned from ebay, and thrown in jail. There are enough fakes out there without this person bringing them to the US market.BEWARE. Tim explains what he is going too do ,what i will save on my bills,how long and fast he will get the job done and sticks too the Price !!
