My laptop would not charge. I brought it in and James figured out it was my charger in less than 5 mins. He didn't charge me and told me what charger to purchase online. I really appreciate the help and will take my computer here in the future if I ever have issues.

Whenever we have a computer question or repair, we come here. We live out of state and wait until we visit back home, here in Chesterland, to get our items repaired. They have always done a remarkable job for a fair price. I believe my husband even shipped his computer here for repair from South Carolina.

I came here with my hp laptop and they opened it up with me and it was not working because the shorted so i thought it was all lost. They said the ram, ssd are all good even found online for me a replacement board. So i took my laptop back and put it back together and it turned on.

Wow ..... what a knowledgeable and professional staff! This was my first experience with Computer Options and they will now be my "go to" company for all my computer issues. I was ditching my 10 year old laptop and moving to a new system. Devin was my primary guide, assisted me in my search for what would suit me, moved all the data from my old computer, resolved multiple complicated printer issues, was patient and gentle with my "freak-out" sessions, never gave up on "sticky" problems that arose due to my non-techy attempts at software installation, and sought help when appropriate. I can't say enough good things about him as well as the rest of the experts on board. Pricing was more than fair.Well done! and a heartfelt thankyou to all the staff and leadership!

Very friendly service. They gave me an older monitor to use when they found mine bad. The kind of people you want to deal with at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them !!!!!!!

I spilled coffee on my laptop and killed it! Computer Options gave me a quick analysis of the laptop but kept working on it to try and nudge it back to life. Because I needed a laptop pronto, they suggested I go to MicroCenter so I could get one right away instead of waiting for them to order one for me. They still kept trying to get my laptop working! When I went back in, they removed my solid state drive and put it in an external case. Then they recycled my computer at my request. Great service! All this was done over the weekend. I took it in on Friday afternoon and was all set by Monday.

Great service each and everytime! Brad's team are honest and professional always explain what they need to do prior to resolving computer issues I have experience for the last 14 years of using their services. Highly recommend Computer Options for any computer issues and new computers, they are the best in the Cleveland area!

What a bad experience.i took my laptop in because it was locked up.two days later I receive a call it is ready.on phone they asked for my password to make sure it is working.three times they tried but to no avail. I go in sure enough I cannot log in.i take it home to find out all my programs were deleted and still same issue as I brought it in for.terrible situation and frustrating.
