I spent a literal 80 minutes standing with a teller while trying to help with a transaction. Problem after problem and it was never resolved. I am not sure why such a large and recognized bank has no way to deal with systems issues. The teller did her best to navigate the mess, but clearly Chase isn't a place where time is valued.

Kudos to Harold Rogoff, he is the best branch manager I have experienced. My friend had a issue with the bank and Mr Rogoff work everything out completely. The tellers and staff are outstanding in Chesterland.

I'd give them a negative but am unable to do so on this site's parameters. No one has a clue what they are doing. It took months to finally get my checking account associated with my name & be able to log onto their website, however one of my accounts was missing. After several trips to the bank and hours on the phone, they finally got got the second account on line, but only after deleting the first account. I don't know that I have enough time or patience for these incompetents. Time to find another bank.

The worst bank branch i have ever dealt with, every time you call and speak with a worker you get a different answer. DO NOT DEPOSIT IN DROP BOX AT NIGHT. Lyndhurst branch checks the box 3 x per day minimum. CHESTERLAND branch states "it is a courtesy to check it before 5 p.m. so do not expect it" recommend to avoid this branch, have been using them for years until now.

Went in to close a security box and had a rep I think her name is Lisa! Boy! She is so rude and Ill-mannered! I had to request to speak to her manager before she gives me the time and day! I am going to find out who is the manager and write a complaint! People like that should NOT be working with clients! Its going to give chase a bad reputation!
